1. Returns: We accept returns for defective or damaged items within 5 days from the date of delivery. If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer support at leicounlimited@gmail.com with your order number, description of the issue, and photos illustrating the problem. We will assess the situation and provide instructions on returning the item. 

2. Refunds: Refunds will be processed for defective or damaged items upon receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise. Once the return is approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. 

3. Custom Creations: Due to the personalized nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for items unless they are defective or damaged. We encourage you to review your order details carefully before placing an order to ensure accuracy. 

4. Cancellation: You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After that time, we may have already started production, and cancellations will not be possible. To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support as soon as possible. 

5. Shipping Costs: If your return is approved, we will reimburse you for the cost of returning the defective or damaged item to us, up to a reasonable amount. Please provide us with a copy of the shipping receipt for verification.
